Is this only for restaurants?
No — Magnet works for any business with regular customers: restaurants, cafes, bars, barbers, hair and nail salons, beauty and cosmetic clinics, car washes, and more.
Is this really my own app, or is it shared with everyone else?
It's really yours. Your customers download an app with your business's name on it — not a shared app that every business uses with a different logo.

What do I need to get started?
Just tell us your business name, colours, and what rewards you want to offer. We handle everything technical.
Do my staff need new hardware to scan loyalty cards?
No — staff can scan customers via the Business Owner App on a phone or tablet you already have, or you can put up a printed QR code for customers to scan themselves to collect stamps. No new hardware required either way.
Do I have to send messages to customers myself?
No — Magnet sends reminders automatically, based on how often each customer visits. You can also send your own messages any time you want, on top of the automatic ones.
